Hand Sewing Classes – Ages 6 and older
Hand Sewing: “SUMMER” Banner

The classic Seasonal Felt Banner! This is a hand sewing class for kids 6 and older. No previous experience required. This is a fun “SUMMER” banner with lots of fun colors. I will have all of the pieces precut, so the kids can get started sewing right away. The cost for the class is $30.

Beyond Basics: Garden Party Gnomes
Thursday: April 24th

Choices galore! We will make 2 gnomes of the kids’ choice. They can choose to make the boy or girl design. The choices are the classic garden gnome, a lady bug, bee, or dragon fly. The cost for this class is $43.

Wednesdays: April 30th & May 7th

I also love a gift class!! With Mother’s Day just around the corner I wanted to give the kids a chance to make a gift or two for their Mamas. I will have a few different gift options for the kids to choose from, so they can really customize their gifts.
Beyond Basics: Spring Skirt

The simple skirt was one of the first things my daughter sewed when I first started teaching – it continues to be one of my favorite projects 😊 This is a simple elastic skirt that the girls will learn to make based on their own measurements. The cost of the class is $43.
Beyond Basics: American Girl Summer Dress
Tuesday: May 13th
12 – 2 pm
Doll clothing classes are always so much fun! In this class the kids will make a fun summer dress for their 18 inch dolls. It is a cute sleeveless sundress with a ruffle accent on the bottom of the skirt. The cost of this class is $34.
Beyond Basics: Mini Keychain Pouch
Friday: May 16th
10 am – 12 pm
This is a quick and satisfying class project that is sure to get lots of use! The kids will make mini zipper pouches with a keychain attached. This is perfect for kids to keep their money or ChapStick. The cost of this class is $34.

I was hoping to have two teens do your beg class if you have space. Is that 3 days or 1 day any of those three days?
We have a two week break and would love to have them do a class. They are both very creative and want to learn to sew.

Hello! I am in SE Gilbert, AZ. I will have some classes in July. The summer schedule will be ready for registration next week. As for price, it depends on the class. The 10 hour beginners class is currently $160, and that does include all supplies. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks! Jen
