Versa Purse by Heidi and Finn

I switched things up a bit this time around and made purses for my 2 youngest girls, and I am giddy about them! The was lucky enough to get to test the Versa Purse Pattern by Heidi and Finn. I absolutely adore how they turned out, especially because I found the best glitter fabric to use on the appliques.

Their older sister has quite a few purses, so I knew it was their turn. I let them pick out the purse design based on the idea sheet that was included in the pattern. Peyton choose the diamond and Everly choose the mermaid tail.

Their favorite part though, was choosing the glitter fabric. I have to tell you, that I absolutely loved these glitter sheets. I bought a pack of 24 sheets, and they were all great! They had a canvas backing and sewed great. Plus, none of the glitter came off (which is good, because my husband hates glitter).

The girls also had fun picking out the fabric for the inside. They were thrilled to find mermaid fabric and diamond fabric in my fabric stash.

The Versa Purse Pattern also comes with a rounded bottom option, as well as many other design options. Its a good one!
