Let’s Do This Thing

It’s a New Year and I think it is about time I finally launch this blog that I have been sitting on for far too long. I have had a strong desire to document my handmade journey this past year. Mostly to for myself, so I can visually see all that I have accomplished as a Sewist, but I also feel this blog can be a helpful source to the sewing community in general. I love seeing inspiration pictures from my fellow sewing friends, as well as finding out about pattern hacks and sewing tips.

So with that said, that is exactly what I plan to do.

This space will be dedicated to my sewing journey. I will share a lot of pictures, talk about my experience making the item and share my sewing tips. I strongly believe that sewing does not need to be intimidating. I hope that through sharing my passion we can encourage each other to step out of our comfort zones and try something new.
